  刷新FR的机构缓存

  我将FR的平台数据库迁移到MYSQL后，机构、用户数据无法从数据集同步到FR平台了，说是同步的话也是同步到内置的HSQL数据库。 若是直接在mysql的FR_T_DEPARTMENT及用户表里面插入数据，需要重启报表服务才刷新出来。 能不能有办法直接刷新这些字典的内存缓存，而不用刷新整个报表服务器的缓存？
