EXCEL导入问题,10.0版本.安装了EXCEL导入逻辑插件

试了好几台电脑,其他电脑都正常导入.唯独有一台电脑导入错误.且页面没有提示.查后台日志发现报错

百度说是文件类型信息读取错误,文件都是同一个.xlsx后缀名结尾.请问这是啥情况
