一直404，描述就是The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists。同tomcat下，其他项目访问倒是没问题；然后很明显看到是部署的服务启动失败，点进去看到403 Access Denied提示，按照报错的提示，修改了conf/tomcat-users.xml和webapps/manager/META-INF/context.xml，还是无法启动，困了好久了，再解决不了就只能让公司尝试其他产品了
